UBair is located in the city center, right next to Sukhbaatar square. UBair is super accessible. It is surrounded by the main attractions in UB, restaurants, coffees hops, & a 24/7 convenience store. The most important sites and places are nearby.
The interior is warm & comfy. We offer a beautiful cozy living room, 2 fully-furnished bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7 people at a time, 2 very spacious bathrooms, a bathtub, a walk-in closet, a washing machine, a TV, wifi, a microwave, an oven, a water purifier, a coffee machine, and basically, everything you need, so that your stay will be completely self-sufficient. It’s such a lovely neighborhood full of great restaurants & cozy coffee shops. The price will be negotiable for longer stays, and you can have the single beds replaced with a bigger double bed. We have a pass code on our entrance, meaning no strangers will be allowed inside the building. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have & assist you in every possible way to make your stay in UB, inside and outside of the home, as pleasant as possible.
